City & Guilds 6129 Plumbing

We are now pleased to be offering  City & Guilds 6129 plumbing courses from our state of the art facility in Coventry. Our course can be done intensively over an 8-week period or spread over a year, doing individual modules around your current work commitments.

After this qualification it will lead you to the NVQ Level 2.

Five individual modules covering the following aspects of plumbing.

• Module 1 – covers basic plumbing skills such as joining copper & plastic pipes and pipe bending etc

• Module 2 – Domestic installations, this module uses the skills learned in module 1 to fit fully working sinks, toilets, baths, showers and all the associated.

• Module 3 – Hot & cold water storage, in this module you will be taught about working cylinders, header tanks and all the associated pipework.

• Module 4 – Steel pipe, this module covers cutting, threading and joining all aspects of steel pipes.

• Module 5 – Sheet lead weathering, this module covers all aspects of lead work from stepped flashing to pipe covers etc.
